The service
Mireth is an agentic development environment: a desktop app where AI coding agents run in parallel terminals on your machine, plus this web platform for accounts, credits, and billing. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Sign-in is via Google OAuth only. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent billing.
Subscriptions, trials & credits
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and start with a 7-day free trial; you can cancel any time before the trial ends and pay nothing. Plans grant credits that are consumed when Mireth makes AI requests on your behalf. Credits reset with your billing cycle and have no cash value.
Bring your own keys
Plans with BYOK let you use your own AI provider API keys instead of credits. Keys you save are stored encrypted. You remain responsible for the charges your keys incur with those providers.
No warranty
Mireth is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes, so review what they build and keep backups of your code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
